Complaints

The Prisoner Ombudsman investigates complaints submitted by individual prisoners, and in certain circumstances ex-prisoners, who have failed to resolve their problem or concern through the Prison Service Internal Complaints Process.

The Prisoner Ombudsman can also investigate complaints from visitors who have been unable to resolve their problem or concern through the local Visits Manager.
